No one can monitor their identity and their credit reports 24/7, but it’s not necessary with Complete ID.

Complete ID comes with around-the-clock credit report monitoring, dark web scanning, criminal record review and more. This allows Complete ID to send alerts as soon as suspicious activity takes place.

Unlike many credit monitoring services, Complete ID alerts are complimentary with your monthly service fee. Each alert comes with instructions on how to respond, so subscribers can cut through the confusion and get the support they need for a faster and easier recovery.

What is a Complete ID Alert?

After signing up for Complete ID, identity monitoring begins right away. A new subscriber can expect to get an alert on their mobile app or online account, or via email, in as little as 48 hours, with instructions on how to respond.

Subscribers should pay attention to these notifications since quick action may be needed, like calling the fraud department at a credit card company or contacting the police.

If necessary, the alert may also advise reaching out to one of Complete ID’s dedicated Identity Restoration Specialists. These agents can help with filing paperwork, making calls, placing fraud alerts, ordering documents and more.

Alerts don’t always mean something bad happened. In fact, Complete ID sends alerts to notify users of positive events, like when their credit score increases or their debt is paid off. If you recognize the activity posted in the notification, no action is needed.

What alerts are included with Complete ID?

Complete ID runs an extensive data check as soon as a new user signs up. This initial check includes searching for records and databases for 10 years back and searching for Social Security numbers since birth. Complete ID also includes ongoing, comprehensive monitoring and alerts. While the three most common alerts are real-time credit inquiries, new accounts and neighborhood watch, a list of common alerts Complete ID provides includes:

  1. Credit Monitoring Alerts1

Complete ID comes with Three Bureau Credit Monitoring, so users get alerts when suspicious activity shows up on any of their three credit reports.

  3. Financial Account Alerts

  4. Dark Web Alerts

Complete ID’s Dark Web Surveillance scans the dark web for identity information and stolen credentials, like credit card numbers, passwords and Social Security numbers (SSNs). Users are alerted if their sensitive personal information is found.

  7. Alternative Loan Alerts

Complete ID also monitors ongoing activity from alternative loan companies, including online and in-person payday lenders. Subscribers will be alerted if their personal information appears in an alternative loan application or a new account.

  8. Social Security Number Alerts
